Serviced apartments offer the comfort, privacy and flexibility of a self-catering property, combined with a city centre location and often with the added benefits of many hotel-type services – such as maid service, room service and concierge/reception.

If you are looking for a place to live rather than just a place to sleep, then serviced apartments could be just right. You can spread out and relax, often with a range of in-apartment entertainment – television, CD players and private telephone line are standard in most apartments and internet access points are often available.

Serviced apartments can be found in most major English cities and make great bases from which to explore, as most are only minutes away from the major attractions and shopping streets.

At a lower level both linen and towels are provided without extra charge and a member of staff is on call 24 hrs per day.

At 5 star level a daily cleaning service is provided for a minimum of 5 out of 7 days; there are ensuite facilities for at least 1 bedroom and a bath and shower are provided in the main bathroom.
