1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
2. Employees of Newcastle Gateshead Initiative, their agencies and VisitEngland and immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid.
4. Only one entry per household.
5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Friday 31st July 2009.
6. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Friday 7th August 2009.
7. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by Monday 10th August 2009. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, NewcastleGateshead Initiative reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
9. No purchase is necessary.

11. The winner's name(s) will be available 10 days after the draw by enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope and writing to: Newcastle Gateshead Initiative, Marketing Dept., 4th Floor, Central Square South, Newcastle, NE1 3AZ.
12. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Travel to and from the destination (d) Any personal expenses and spending money.

14. By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.
15. No responsibility will be accepted by NewcastleGateshead Initiative for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
