Classic British Hotels – Terms & Conditions
1. Entries must be received by 6 July 2009.
2. The winner will be drawn at randomand notified by 7 July. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, VisitBritain reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
3. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by VisitEngland in printed and/or online formats.
4. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person allowed.
5. Users may only enter the competition through the Enjoy England website at www.enjoyengland.com
6. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands excluding employees or agents of Visit England, Classic british Hotels and Stafford Castle.
7. Prize includes two nights accommodation at The Most House, Stafford, including, show ticket and transport to and from the event, with breakfast and dinner in the modern City 3 restaurant on both nights, plus a pair of first class return rail tickets with National Express. Prize must be taken on the 10th and 11th July 2009.
8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no money refund if the prize is not taken.
9. Open to adults aged 18+.
10. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. VisitEngland will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances VisitEngland reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
13. Only one entry per person is allowed. If multiple entries are made you will not be entered into the prize draw.
14. English law applies.
