Bovey Castle - Terms and Conditions

1. Entries must be received by midnight on the 30th October 2006.
2. The winners will be drawn at random within 4 weeks of the closing date and will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. The winners are required to contact VisitBritain to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, VisitBritain reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize. 
3. To enter the competition, entrants should complete the form accessible from the Enjoy England website or from Enjoy England’s September newsletter. 
4. By entering the competition, the winners will consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by VisitBritain in printed and/or online formats. 
5. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person allowed. 
6. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands excluding employees of VisitBritain and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
7. Prize consists of two nights accommodation for two people in one of Bovey Castle’s state rooms. Breakfast is included along with the following activities: Mountain Biking, Badminton, Swimming, Daily Falconry Display, Croquet, Boules, Cricket, Table Tennis, Daily Egg Collecting, Volleyball, Swingball, Snooker, Wine Tasting, Jungle Camp, Children’s Barn, Skating (Winter)... Total value: £1,400. The prize is valid for one year (subject to availability). 
8. The prize is non-transferable. 
9. Open to adult’s aged 18 years and over only. 
10. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. VisitBritain will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt. 
12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances VisitBritain reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. 
13. English law applies.
