Who hasn't heard of the White Cliffs of Dover (www.whitecliffscountry.org.uk/)? Here, where the North Downs meet the sea, are those vertical chalk cliffs which, through history, have meant 'England in sight'. The coast path is part of the Saxon Stone Way.
