Lean pork sausages
Streaky bacon
English mustard
Tomato ketchup
Worcestershire sauce

Intro and Method

A recipe that feeds 3-4 people, cooked in approximately 20 minutes at an oven temperature of Gas mark 4-5, 180°C, 350°F

Spread 5ml (1 tsp) English mustard over 8 rashers streaky bacon. Wrap the bacon around 8 lean pork sausages, place on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Meanwhile mix 60ml(4 tbsp) tomato ketchup with 5ml (1 tsp) English mustard and 5ml(1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce to make a devilled dip. 

Serve the devilled sausages with the dip, potato wedges and corn on the cob.
