Although The Cheesebox may seem at first glance like a continental cheese shop-cum-deli, it’s clear that its heart lies firmly in Britain, particularly when it comes to their range of farmhouse cheese. Naturally they stock Montgomery’s Cheddar, Kirkham’s Lancashire, Appleby’s Cheshire and Perroche goats cheese, to name but a few; however, it’s worth having a quick scout round the rest of the shop for selected Italian delicacies, fresh fish and local meat.

They frequently run special themed weeks, such as Spanish or Italian, and take part in British Food Fortnight, where they take the opportunity to bring out new products for their customers to sample.
