Three Choirs is a friendly way to discover how healthy vines and classic wines have once again take root in England. Comprising some 70 acres of carefully cultivated vines, the estate management nurture well-chosen modern varieties alongside world-renowned grapes such as Pinot Noir.
Three Choirs Vineyards are once again offering keen cooks the chance to cultivate their culinary skills in this unique setting. The vineyard’s Head Chef takes small groups and demonstrates easy techniques for turning good meals into truly memorable ones. Included in the day is a two-course lunch served in the Vineyard Restaurant with wine, and a visit to their winery. Special accommodation offers are available on the Estate when you book a cookery course.
