The team also run a very successful programme of master classes in top London restaurants. These courses offer guests a unique opportunity to work with, and learn from, the head chefs in their own kitchens. Classes will be informative and fun and recipe packs are included, as is lunch or dinner with wine. The classes are individually co-ordinated and exclusive so they do recommend early booking.
Leading restaurants include Benares, with chef Atul Kochar, Moro in one of London’s trendiest food hotspots - Clerkenwell - Bibendum and Le Caprice, one of London’s most enduring chic restaurants. Tasting Places also offer ‘hands-on’ master classes with top chefs at The Ivy, Sheekeys, Nobu and watch out for their Indian Cookery classes with Monisha Bharadwaj.
