One of Britain’s best loved chef’s offers a wide range of cookery courses at his acclaimed Seafood School located in the lovely seaside resort of Padstow, Cornwall.
The Seafood School offers a wide range of courses for children as well as one day courses featuring (fish and shellfish, a visit to Newlyn Market and Desserts); 2 day courses including a look at food sourced from his successful TV series about British food and drink producers - 'Food Heroes'; and a 4-day course – Original Fish and Shellfish cookery.
Some of Rick’s courses offer accommodation. One of Rick’s students summed up his cookery course by describing it as an opportunity to learn, have fun and eat a lot!
