Combine that with one of its top chefs, Tina Bricknell Webb, and a cookery course at Percy’s becomes a feast in every sense.
Tina runs cookery workshops that are relaxed and informative. Participants can discuss in advance what they want to learn and then set about making it happen. Courses usually happen on Monday and Tuesday and are themed by subject: fish, game, lamb, meat, desserts and gluten-free. The fish course is particularly popular and involves an optional early morning trip to help bid for the Cornish day boats catch at nearby Looe market.
