Jean Christophe recently opened his cookery school, called Novelli Academy, in his 14th Century Hertfordshire Farmhouse, featuring Keith Floyd as one of his regular guest chefs, with many other celebrities scheduled to attend.
Chef Novelli is also Chef Patron at the Auberge du Lac, Brocket Hall, Herts and Novelli in the City, London Capital Club, EC4. Groups of up to 10 can attend day classes at the Hertfordshire cookery school and there are plans to have 24-hour residential classes later in the year.
