Anton Mosimann has gained international acclaim as one of the world’s leading chefs. After spending time in Italy, Canada and Japan he came to London in 1975 to work at The Dorchester as the hotel’s youngest Maître Chef de Cuisine. In 1998 he left to establish his own dining club taking over The Belfry in Belgravia. He also manages a successful Academy which offers a homely environment in which to receive some of the best tuition in Britain on a variety of food subjects.
In 2005 Anton Mosimann and his team will host a mix of half day and two day courses as well as tailor made courses.
