Biddenden Vineyards is Kent’s oldest commercial vineyard, established in 1969. The vineyard extends over 21 acres and is planted with 10 varieties of grape. Pressing, fermentation and bottling all takes place on site.
Biddenden Vineyards also produce high quality Strong Kentish Ciders and farm-pressed apple juices.
- Admission and tastings: free. They also offer organised guided tours and meals for groups, for which there is a charge; please e-mail for further details.
- Open: Monday to Saturday 1000-1700; Sunday and Bank Holidays 1100-1700.
- Non-guided tour: free of charge.
- Guided tour: must be minimum of 15 people: £3.40 pp.
Wine inventory: Ortega, Schonburger, Huxelerebe, Dornfelder, Gribble Bridge White, Gribble Bridge Rosé.
