Southport

Wirral

Knowsley
Only eight miles from Liverpool, Knowlsey is best known for its Safari Park where visitors can spy on free-roaming lions, tigers, giraffes, rhinos and the biggest herd of African elephants in the UK.  Nature-lovers will also adore the National Wildflower Centre, one of only two of its kind in the world.

Halton 
From monks at Norton Priory to writers, artists to athletes, the leafy parishes of Halton have their own unique points of interest.  The borough of Halton incorporates the towns of Runcorn and Widnes as well as the villages of Hale, Daresbury and Moore, within easy reach of Chester, Liverpool and Manchester as well as the Pennines, North Wales and the Lakes.
