Located in the grounds of a 17th-century farmhouse, this purpose-built cookery school is run by passionate foodie Jane Averill and her husband Will – with courses for everyone, from aspiring professional chefs to committed epicureans.
After picking fresh ingredients from the farm or garden, you’ll get to whip them up into mouthwatering dishes in the purpose-built kitchens. Expert chefs are on hand to give you time-saving tips, as well as showing you how to bone meat and poultry, bake delicious breads and create pastries that melt in your mouth.
