Looks like you prayed hard enough. Weather this weekend was lovely. Tomorrow looks to be like a scorcher, but sadly I will be at work instead of sun bathing in the park with a good book, friends and a picnic.

We love going down to the Costwolds with my family and having pub lunches outside whilst the kids run around. Even if it is a day trip, we always come back feeling relaxed and like we have been away for the weekend.

I think we just had it, yesterday. I spent it walking around Lincoln until my feet swelled, my shirt turned soggy, my throat parched, my head burned, my back ached and my eyes smarted in the 26.5º. It was fantastic ...I think.Eh?

Sounds very enjoyable escafeld! Still at least you got to experience a little of it - I was at work in a state of the art building that has no windows or natural light in the part I work in! It was still very pleasant at 5pm though and somewhat cooler... please let there be more to come.Pray

Hi, I am not from the UK, but have spent quite a bit of timme there in the last few years. I was lucky enough to experience some nice weather in june. I was renting a place out in Axminster on the south coast, and was really happy with it. Axminster is a pretty cool place too. If anyone else is interested check out their sites http://www.eastdevon.net/map/Axminster/tourism.htm and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Axminster They both should help you in finding all the relevant informatin youÄll need to remember and make worth while your stay.

Finally, we reserved our acoommodation with a site called http://www.holistay.com/great-britain/ It is really good, as it has lots of choice and you get lots for your money!#

Hope that helps anyone planning some sunny uk hols! If u have questions email me :D xx
