None of the tools work for me. I've tried to add an image, embolden text, Italics, but nothing works. Just in case the problem was in some way connected to the browser I'm using I tried the above in other forum and they all worked.

You are right I don't seem to be able to use the tools at the moment either. Perhaps it is associated with the other techinical problems the forum has been experiencing today. I think I read in another post that they are trying to sort them out. Hopefully it won't be too long.
