Northallerton
Northallerton is the county town of North Yorkshire and the largest market town in Herriot Country. Set in the rich farmland of the Vale of Mowbray, it has a reputation for quality shopping and eating establishments. The market is held every Wednesday and Saturday along both sides of the broad high street.
