You can visit the ancestral homes of Dukes or see where great figures like Jane Austen, Charles Kingsley and Gilbert White spent their lives. This is excellent cycling country and prized for a wide range of outdoor pursuits. Many events and entertainment’s occur throughout the year and there are plenty of all-weather activities, especially for families.
