Harwood
Harwood is adjacent to Cow Green Reservoir, Cauldron Snout Waterfall and Moor House Nature Reserve.
The reserve is of international importance, nowhere else in Britain is there such a diversity of rare habitats in one location. Famous for rare alpine plants, in particular the spring gentian, and upland birds such as black grouse.
