Port Sunlight
The region’s hidden gem, Wirral’s Port Sunlight is without doubt one of the most delightful villages in Britain. Originally built by the local philanthropist Lord Leverhulme as homes for his soap factory workforce, Port Sunlight is a conservation area with over 900 listed buildings and landscape gardens and features the Lady Lever Art Gallery – one of the finest galleries in Britain.
