Hertfordshire´s largest town is a busy and prosperous regional centre for shopping and entertainment. Impressive ´Harlequin Shopping Centre´, elegant Edwardian theatre and popular football club, supported by Sir Elton John. To the south is Cassiobury Park with open space, woodland and boat trips on the Grand Union Canal. A market is held on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
