Rickmansworth
Rickmansworth is a former market town with a charter dating from 1542. The town boasts a fine conservation area, including St. Mary´s Church with its 17th century tower. Basing House has associations with William Penn, famous Quaker statesmen and founder of the state of Pennsylvania, USA. To the south east of the town is Rickmansworth Aquadrome, offering water-based activities.
