Walton on the Naze
The pier is the second longest in Britain. The Naze is a headland jutting into the sea, where the heathland nature reserve is a haven for birdwatchers. Behind the town are ´The Backwaters´, a series of saltings and little creeks leading into Harwich harbour. Market days are Monday (June to September) and Thursday.
