Ask Rosie
If you’re stuck for inspiration and need some ideas about what to see and do in England you can always Ask the England Expert and have a chat with Rosie in our virtual Tourist Information Centre.
Go to the Enjoy England homepage – Rosie is situated at the bottom right of the page.
1. Type in your question in the Ask a question text box. For example: What’s on in London?
2. The SmartAgent box will load once you click on the submit button (represented by an arrow on a orange button).
3. You can either select the options given to you by Rosie or you can type in your own particular question in the field box and click on the Go button.
4. As you select options offered by Rosie, the relevant pages within the Enjoy England site will appear behind the SmartAgent box in your main browser window.
5. In the SmartAgent box you also have the option of going back to a previous page, the Homepage and also to the Help page which are represented by the icons (orange buttons) on the right of the box.
6. The question that you type is not case sensitive and does not need quotation marks.
