Self catering accommodation search
• Short break bookings can be booked for the following:
o 2 nights from Friday and Saturday
o 3 nights from Friday
o 4 nights Saturday and Monday
• The main start days for properties are Friday and Saturday for week long bookings.
• When using an availability search, keep your criteria simple to ensure maximum results are returned.
• When results are shown from your availability search, the internet will list the properties best suited to your criteria – it will then give you alternatives that will have only some of your criteria to help you find the best possible property.
• Parking is available at most properties and will be stated in the property description. If parking is not available, then it will not be mentioned.
• Pets are welcome at many properties – properties that allow pets are shown as a dog symbol in the brochure and mentioned in the property features online.
• Arrival time at the property is usually after 3:00pm depending on property.
• Check out time is always 10:00am.
• Pet charge is £20 per holiday, unless stated otherwise.
• Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
• Short break bookings in peak times can only be booked 28 days prior to the holiday start date.
• Bed linen is provided at many cottages at no extra charge – this is stated in the property description.
• If a property hires linen to customers, this is usually charged at £4 pppw (unless stated otherwise) Towels can be hired at £2 pppw. If bed linen and towels are hired at the same time the cost is £4 pppw.
• Cot linen is not provided – customers must always take their own.
