The purpose-built Chesterfield Tourist Information Centre is located in Rykneld Square next to Chesterfield’s major attraction, the 'Crooked Spire' Church.

Colchester Visitor Information Centre

Colchester, Essex

Colchester is Britain's Oldest Recorded Town and you can see Europe's largest Norman keep from the TIC windows. The keep was built by the Normans on the site of the Roman Temple of Claudius, the foundations of which can still be visited today.

Colchester Visitor Information Centre is located in a prime position opposite the Castle Museum. The centre offers hands on advice and information resource for all who visit Colchester.  

Recent improvements at the centre has included new signage, a new range of electronic services and a guide of  ‘Free things you must do in Colchester’ which has been very well received. www.visitcolchester.com

Royal Windsor Information Centre

Royal Windsor Information Centre is located in the 100 year old Central Station in the heart of the historic town just meters away from Windsor Castle. The friendly and knowledgeable team are waiting to help with a wide range of services for visitors and local residents.

Located within Windsor Royal Shopping centre, The Royal Windsor Information Centre is perfectly positioned for visitors to Windsor. 

The team at the centre are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and have all completed the Windsor Welcomes Training Course, which includes a comprehensive Disability Awareness training programme. www.windsor.gov.uk

Our job is helping people to enjoy the place we love.

Bewdley Tourist Information Centre is situated in the town of Bewdley, close to Kidderminster and Stourport-on-Severn.

Visitors can purchase a wide range of books, Ordance Survey maps, quality gifts and souvenirs. All the staff have undergone the tourist board's Welcome Host training and are fully committed to high standards of customer care. www.bewdley.org.co.uk

Congleton Tourist Information Centre

Contact Congleton Tourist Information Centre for friendly and efficient information about visiting Congleton and the surrounding Cheshire Countryside. It is an excellent destination for a relaxing short break.

Congleton TIC prides itself on its friendly and experienced staff. Services available include an Accommodation Booking Service, National Express Bookings, Theatre Bookings, Holiday Guides and Information on places to visit. 

The centre also offers a "Book a bed ahead" service - a free service allowing visitors to book their accommodation, leaving a 10% deposit, deductable from the final bill. www.congleton.gov.uk

South Shields Amphitheatre Tourist Information Centre

South Shields Tourist Information Centre - Exciting and enthralling, South Tyneside offers the perfect blend of spectacular scenery and inspiring historical sites. The friendly and knowledgable team have a real passion for England and the North East. Their tips on where to stay, what's on, what to see, where to shop and eat and how to get around can ensure that visitors really get more out of their visit.

South Shields Amphitheatre TIC is built underneath an elevated walkway on the seafront overlooking Sandhaven Beach and is open during the holiday season.

The TIC operates a wheelchair hire service for a small fee enabling those with elderly relatives or disabled visitors to rent them from an hour to a week. Staff also work with the Walking Works Wonders team who organise regular guided walks around the borough. www.visitsouthtyneside.co.uk

Cheddar Tourist Information Centre

Call in and find free advice on a full range of places to stay, visit and enjoy. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome at this Somerset Tourist office.

Over 78,000 visitors have used the Cheddar Tourist Information Centre over the last year.

It offers an accommodation booking service; theatre, event and attraction ticket agent facility; information on walking, cycling and public transport and distributes 43,000 information sheets. www.cheddarcaves.co.uk
