The Access Statements below give you a taste of what a completed Access Statement may look like. They are not to be used as a basis for your own Access Statement as each business will be unique, nor are they a definitive list of provision for each sector.

To complete your Access Statement please use the template provided (Step 3 on the previous page) where there is a comprehensive list of suggested items to include. When using the template the result will be similar to the Access Statements shown below but will include all your relevant information.
