England's Regions

England’s regions all offer a huge variety of golf courses.

Wherever you are in England’s regions you can play different types of golf courses on the same trip, and even on the same day, and you are never far from a true championship venue.

So whether you are visiting Newcastle, London or Leeds, great golf venues are always close by. Here are just a few examples of fantastic golf venues by region. Some of these courses you will recognise as hosts to major golf tournaments and championships, others you’ll not yet have discovered.

These are just a few of the 2,000 courses in England that will keep you coming back to play again and again.

North-West England

The North West has a golf coastline unrivalled anywhere else in England. Open Championships are regularly held at venues like Royal Birkdale, Royal Lytham & St Annes and Royal Liverpool all of which are within a few miles of each other.
