Activity Detail Page

The park has a varied landscape consisting mainly of woods and large open grass areas. Several lakes containing wildfowl are enjoyed by visitors together with animals in pet's corner. Llamas, deer, peacocks, pheasants and guinea pigs can be seen. An orienteering course, tree trail and discovery trail is provided for which leaflets can be purchased at the museum for a nominal sum. The museum and cafe are situated in the centre of the park and is considered to be a major tourist attraction in the area. Green Flag Award
