The National Wildflower Centre offers an innovative visitor centre where visitors can learn about wildflowers in a family friendly place with nature at its heart. It is a £4 mlllion Millennium Commission attraction to promote the creation of new places for wildflowers to develop and thrive, visitors can enjoy seasonal wildflower displays, view demonstration areas, admire the mix of old and award-winning new buildings, or simply relax in the cafe and gift shop. Events and activities are held throughout the year. Set in a Victorian park within 35 acres of parkland, the centre has easy access to the M62 and also is an attractive venue for meetings, conferences, workshops and events.
