It was the 1st Courtauld's mill and produced Queen Victoria's morning crape. It now has over 60 antique and collectable units and showcases on 3floors. The mill straddles the River Colne. The TV programme Lovejoy was also filmed at the mill. Within the grounds are further shops selling antiques and collectables and the restaurant.
