Made on site, our range includes a selection of hand made traditional cheddars, flavoured cheddars and other speciality cheeses. We also have a spectacular choice of accompanying local pickles and chutneys, jellies, olives and a selection of distinctive cheese ware. Or why not take advantage and order our comprehensive products online. We have a traditional working dairy open to the public to walk around with chances to capture the cheese making and various stages. We cater for groups such as visitor to the area and educational parties of 15 people or more, consisting of a fascinating 20-minute talk, approximately, on the process of cheese making.
