It has a large, superbly fitted dining kitchen with fidge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full electric oven and hob and microwave. Excellent range of crockery and utensils allow easy and enjoyable self catering. Large double bedroom plus twin bedded room with bath/excellent shower over and WC. Townend Cottage is situated in a small village off the main A170 road 3 miles from the picturesque market town of Helmsley. It is surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the North York Moors National Park, ideal for walkers, dog owners, cyclists and motorists. within easy reach of historic York, and Scarborough and Whitby on the coast. There are many good pubs(one in the village) and restaurants within easy reach. There is a small enclosed front garden and parking for two cars. pets are welcome.
