The Gables is an ideal holiday retreat, comfortable for 2/3 people, situated in a peaceful rural setting suitable for a quiet holiday to help you get away and relax. It is within easy reach of the nearby attractions of the New Forest, Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton. Day trips to Jersey, Guernsey and France are available from the nearby ports. Moors Valley Country Park is just a few minutes’ drive away. The accommodation has a very spacious lounge with dining table, chairs, a comfortable 3-piece suite and colour television. The corner of this room has a built-in kitchen, with electric cooker, a fridge and microwave. The large family bedroom holds one double bed, one single bed, drawers and wardrobe. There is a separate shower room with washbasin and WC. This modern self-contained annex provides off-road parking and use of the garden area. Bed linen, gas and electricity are included. Please note that towels are not provided. The annex is strictly no smoking and we regret that we are unable to accept pets. There is a public house, post office, public telephone callbox, doctors’ surgery, news agent and village store all within a few minutes’ walk. A larger Safeways Supermarket is just a few miles away in Verwood. Holiday lettings are from 1500 on Saturday to 1000 on the following Saturday. We are open all year so please contact us for other dates. A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance will become due 4 weeks prior to the commencement date. We welcome disabled guests. There is only one step to negotiate and we are based on the groung floor.
