Having maintained very high standards Ravencroft was awarded the new Visit Britain 4 stars rating in November 2006 and a further inspection in Sept. 2007 has confirmed this rating for 2008

The Sleigh Room includes matched king size and single luxury pine sleigh beds with slumberland mattress (the sleigh bed equivalent of gold seal).

En-suite bathroom includes bath, shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet with bath robes.

The Rose Room - Double includes king size bed with sleepeezee mattress. En-suite includes corner shower, wash basin and toilet.

The Peach Room - Standard double bed with ensuite bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.

Rooms include soild pine furniture, 5 channel colour TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities including fresh milk. Trouser press, hairdryer, heated towel rail and toiletries also provided.

Other services include complimentary arrival drinks menu, optional complimentary daily newspaper and, usually, guests can be driven into the city for their evening meal and drinks for no charge. Taxi services are usually readily available for their return at a cost of around £4.40 up to midnight. Restaurant tables can be reserved for guests.
