Badgers Cottage is in the heart of the traditional Dorset village of Langton Herring and is within walking distance of the famous Chesil Beach and renowned Fleet Lagoon, which is home to a plethora of fish and birds. Views from the west end of the village of the Fleet are breathtaking. The cottage itself is a favourite of both postcard photographers and local artists who have painted the cottage many times. It is just as one would imagine a typical cottage to be; thatched roof, white washed walls, an inglenook fireplace, and retaining its rustic charms of yesteryears. Almost opposite, The Elm Tree Inn, which has been recommended by a number of Dream Cottage's customers, provides good food and drink, as well as a friendly welcome.
