There is reserved parking space for two cars and a flight of steps to the top floor (third) and lift for the ground floor from the car park.
Bigbury-on-sea is a village, with a post office and shop, and has South Devon’s biggest sandy beach stretching to Burgh Island (pub, famous and entertaining Art Deco hotel) so you can walk at low tide or go by sea tractor at high tide. Good wind surfing, fine cliff walks, seabird watching, golf 1 mile away, and Kingsbridge 10 miles.
The development is 30yds from the big and splendid sandy beach and has its own private leisure club.
The leisure club has a fine indoor kidney-shaped swimming pool, spa pool, extensive well-equipped gym (treadmill, steps, cycles, Concept II Rower, heart monitors and other instruments) and sauna.
