The cottage is only 100 yards form the Hornsea-Beverley-Hull bus stop. There are two golf courses; a leisure centre (with leisure pool, sports hall, squash courts, fitness suite and sun beds), indoor bowling centre; local market; sandy beaches; jet ski centre; fishing and numerous restaurants and take-aways. The cottage provides a double bedroom with double bed and a single room with single bed along with bathroom, shower and WC upstairs. Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge with TV/video and a gas stove, a compact kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, automatic washer/dryer, kettle and iron.
