This pretty, brick and flintstone, semi-detached cottage wraps you in its rural comfort and character. Roses, wisteria and passion flowers weave across its south facing walls from a secluded, mature and rambling garden. The small pond is alive with tadpoles or "pollywiggles" in spring. This delightful retreat lies on the fringe of the small, tranquil village of West Raynham.
The market town of Fakenham is 4 miles away and offers shops, restaurants, pubs, bowling, sports centre, golf and race courses. A wealth of attractions are within an easy drive including Castle Acre, the Swaffham EcoTech Centre, Pensthorpe Wildfowl Centre, Thursford Steam Collection, Gressenhall Rural Life Museum, Holkham Hall, the Royal Family's holiday home at Sandringham Estate, Little Walsingham Abbey, a woodland high rope adventure course and the North Norfolk coastal steam railway. Long, sandy, unspoilt beaches are twelve miles away on on a coast where you can take a seal trip to Blakeney Point, walk the salt marsh paths or visit bird watching reserves.
Pollywiggle Cottage is a 5 bedroomed accommodation comprising:
Entrance hall/bootroom. Beamed sitting room with multi-fuel wood-burner. Dining room. Well equipped fitted kitchen. Bathroom/WC- power shower over bath. There are narrow winding stairs to the first floor: two double bedrooms (one with 5' bed), two single bedrooms, one twin-bedded room with 2' 6" beds and a separate W.C. There are also two travel cots and a high chair. Some ceilings are low, particularly in the bedrooms, which are in the loft space.

All linen(duvets), towels, electricity and oil central heating and logs. Colour Sky TV, video/DVD player, stereo, CD player, telephone (incoming calls only), microwave, fridge-freezer and larder fridge, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble drier. Parking for 3-4 cars. Garden with furniture and small barbecue.
Small unfenced pond (Parents must supervise toddlers at all times).
The accommodation has low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs typical of a cottage. There is a no smoking rule at all times. A car is essential.
Short breaks
Short break are available for a minimum of two nights (with the exception of Half Terms and school holidays).
