This well appointed Cotswold stone duplex apartment, with private parking, is situated in a peaceful corner in the centre of this historic town. It is just 2/3 minutes walk from all the restaurants, shops and local amenities.

The accommodation is on two floors and has full gas central heating and is carpeted throughout. An outside staircase leads to a private entrance. The lounge/dining room has a vaulted ceiling which gives a light airy feeling to the room. The lounge is comfortably and tastefully furnished with yew dining table and chairs, an easy chair and settee, various tables and lamps, and a colour TV with DVD player. Particular attention has been paid to decorating the walls with interesting pictures.

A log effect coal fire is available for cooler days. Off the lounge is a pretty double bedroom with open views across the town. On the same floor you have the fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob with electric oven, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with Royal Worcester crockery, cutlery and kitchenware.

A staircase from the lounge leads to the second floor, which has another bedroom with twin beds. This pleasant bedroom has a good-sized wardrobe and is tastefully furnished.
Hairdryers are available in both bedrooms.
Next to this bedroom is the bathroom. The bathroom has a modern white suite and bath with shower facilities.
Fresh linen and towels, and a comprehensive welcome basket, is supplied.
