Devoncourt is a purpose built modern block of flats. Each flat has expansive fantastic sea views over Torbay. Breakwater beach is opposite. Each flat has its own private balcony overlooking the sea.

The flats are fully furnished and include colour TV. The kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator and toaster. There is the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer. They all have there own private entrance and car parking space. All or flats are double glazed and facing the sea. The majority have a shower over the bath. Some sleep 4, some 5 and some 6, using a bed settee in the lounge. We hire out bed linen and your beds can be made ready for your arrival. To the front and rear of the flats are gardens with sea views.

Brixham town centre is a short walk away along the seaside around the pretty harbour. Close by within walking distance is Berryhead Lighthouse, Country Park, Devon Coast Path & Shoalstone swimming pool. Opposite is Brixham Breakwater with its lighthouse, excellent for a stroll, fishing or just watching the boats sail past.

Torquay is just across the bay by hourly boat service, where you can shop or visit Torre Abbey & the Pavilion. Dartmouth & the Dart Steam Railway are close by. Dartmoor National Park is only 1- hour drive away, or visit Plymouth & Exeter.
