Hill View is a fine detached house standing in its own grounds on the edge of the village of Westonzoyland surrounded by green fields and gentle hills. The location is truly peaceful and relaxing, whilst the accommodation is stylish and tastefully furnished and includes an ensuite shower room and super king sized adjustable bed. Colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities are provided and nothing is too much trouble for your friendly and welcoming hosts. Breakfasts are provided, using wherever possible, local freshly made produce.

There is ample parking space and a pretty garden with lovely countryside views in all directions. Hill View is tucked away on the outskirts of the village within half a mile of the site of the last battle to be fought (in 1685) on English soil – the Battle of Sedgemoor. The area abounds with scenic, historical and rural interest and the beautiful Somerset coastline is nearby too. Set in the middle of the famous Somerset levels access is easy to the moorlands, caves, gorges, and coastline that make up this beautiful part of England.

Despite the peaceful location of Hill View the house is within 12 minutes drive of junction 23 of the M5 and close to one of the main routes to the southwest – the A303. With 7 miles of coastline, three major rivers, plus numerous lakes, and ponds, Sedgemoor - Somerset by the Sea - is a mecca for anglers. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for too due to the miles of beautiful countryside with largely level or only slightly undulating lanes and pathways. The stunning coastal scenery and the Hills of the Quantocks, Mendips and Poldens provide for all levels of walkers from gentle strolls to something much more taxing.
