Frances and Laurence Pearce invite you to enjoy the charm and elegance of their early Edwardian home. Brookfield House is set in more than 2 acres of park-like gardens with panoramic views of Dartmoor and is bounded by the gently flowing waters of the Pottery Leat. Situated on the edge of the attractive town of Bovey Tracey known as 'the gateway to the moor', it is an ideal location for exploring South Devon's glorious countryside and coast.

The bedrooms are decorated and furnished in individual styles, each with a pleasant seating area. All are equipped with remote control television, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

Brookfield House breakfasts are an experience to savour. Choose from full Devonshire cooked, using local free range produce; vegetarian; lighter options; or something special, like scrambled eggs with locally smoked salmon and chives, or devilled mushrooms on a muffin. All our breads and preserves are home made.
