Each cottage has central heating which you can set as you wish, good beds, comfortable sofa and easy chairs, colour TV, dvd and direct access to its own lawned garden. Each kitchen is well equipped and bathrooms have a bath and a shower.
Off the beaten track, yet conveniently placed to visit the old local market towns, explore the Cheviot Hills and Valleys, the Alnwick Gardens, the Border countryside and castles, coastal villages, and visit the Farne Islands by boat from Seahouses.
From the Ross cottages you can walk across the sand dunes, where sheep and cattle graze, to the wonderful isolated sandy beach from where you can see both Lindisfarne and Bamburgh castles, and also really "get away from it all".
